2010 rates and conditions
Low Season rates: (all periods outside school holidays)
$185 per night including linen service (minimum 3 nights)
Autumn school hols: (Sat 27 March to Sat 24 April 2010)
$2800 per week including linen service (minimum one week)
Winter school hols: (Sat 3 July to Sat 17 July 2010)
$290 per night including linen service (minimum 3 nights)
Spring school hols: (Sat 25 Sep to Sat 9 Oct 2010)
$340 per night including linen service (minimum 3 nights)
Summer school hols (minimum one week, including linen service)
Sat 11 Dec 2010 – Sat 18 Dec 2010: $2800 per week
Sat 18 Dec 2010 – Sat 22 Jan 2011: $3800 per week
Sat 22 Jan 2011 – Sat 29 Jan 2011: $2800 per week

Payment
Terms
Enquiries should be lodged on
our website's Enquiry Form. Reservations can only be confirmed upon our acknowledgement of availability and the receipt of a
50% deposit.
The balance owing on any reservation will be charged to the nominated credit card approximately
60 days before the arrival date.
Reservations made within 60 days of arrival date are to be paid in full at the time of booking. |
Booking Conditions

Headlands Beach House is available after 3.00pm on day of arrival and should be vacated prior to 10.00am on day of
departure (we may be able to offer some flexibility on these times depending on level of bookings). |

Damaged or missing property or excess
cleaning will be charged at cost. |

Please observe our "No Smoking in
Beach House" policy. |

Well behaved pets allowed subject to our
prior agreement. |
