Low
Season Rates - (all periods outside School Holidays)
$1,550 per week including linen service
(minimum 3 days).
Autumn
School Holiday Rates -
(Sat 22 March to Sat 26 April
2008)
$1,950 per week including linen
service (minimum 3 days).
Winter
School Holiday Rates - (Sat
28 June to Sat 19 July 2008)
$1,950 per week including linen
service (minimum 3 days).
Spring
School Holiday Rates - (Sat
20 Sep to Sat 11 Oct 2008)
$1,950 per week including linen
service (minimum 3 days).
Summer
School Holiday Rates - (Sat
13 Dec to Sat 31 Jan 2009)
$2,800 per week including linen
service (minimum one week).

Payment
Terms
Enquiries should be lodged on
our website's Enquiry Form. Reservations can only be confirmed upon our acknowledgement of availability and the receipt of a 20% deposit. If you prefer not to
transmit your credit card information electronically then please lodge the Enquiry Form with the remainder of the information and we will call you to take your credit card details
over the phone.
The balance owing on any reservation will be charged to the nominated credit card approximately 30 days before the arrival date.
Reservations made within 30 days of arrival date are to be paid in full at the time of booking. |
Booking Conditions

Headlands Beach House is available after 3.00pm on day of arrival and should be vacated prior to 10.00am on day of
departure (we may be able to offer some flexibility on these times depending on level of bookings). |

Damaged or missing property or excess
cleaning will be charged at cost. |

Please, no smoking and regrettably no pets
allowed. |

for your required period.
